Do you do walk-in’s?

No. Not at this moment.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking is done online only. Click here to book.

Do I have to pay a deposit for my appointment?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure an appointment.

What happens to my deposit if I don’t make it to my appointment?

Unfortunately the deposit is forfeited.

How can I cancel my appointment?

You must contact Jenny via email respectively to the service:

72 hours prior – Any braid service with extensions.

48 hours prior – Dreads

24 hours prior – Braids (NO Extensions)

Can I book an appointment the same day as the service?

Yes, if an opening is available online.

How would I know if you have a cancellation?

The website automatically updates when a slot is available. So if you need an appointment, keep checking to see if something opens up.

How do I know what style to select in booking?

Please send an email with an image attached of the style you want to book, Jenny@MIABraids.com.

Where can I book a haircut before/after my braids?

How do I know my appointment has successfully been made?

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the booking.

Does the deposit go towards my service?

Yes. The deposit is subtracted from the full balance of the service.

How did I got a consultation?

please email jenny@miabraids.com with date time and two or three questions.

Are prices negotiable?

No.

Do you braid hair, dreads, and extensions?

Yes. But extensions are not provided.

How do I come with my hair?

Washed, untangled, and dried. 

How long does my hair have to be to get braids?

It depends on hair type but usually 4-6 inches. If you are not sure please send a pic of hair length to jenny@MIABraids.com 

Do you provide braiding extensions?

No.

Do you know where I can go to get braiding extension?

Yes, just contact Jenny@miabraids.com 

How much do you charge for braids?

How do I know what style to select in booking?

Do I get a haircut/shape-up before I get braids?

It depends on what the barber prefers. Please ask your barber before booking.
